What we collect from you

When you send a request: your Instagram handle, your WhatsApp number, optionally your email, and optionally a line about what you sell. That is the whole form, and we ask for nothing we do not use.

What we collect about your business

To build your store we read what you have already published in public — your Instagram posts and captions, your website if you have one, your Google or directory listings. Nothing private, nothing behind a login, and nothing we could not have read by visiting your profile.

What we do with it

We build your store, and we message you about it. That is all. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not pass your contact number to anyone else.

Analytics

We measure how this site is used — pages viewed, whether a request was completed — with PostHog, hosted in the EU. It is aggregate product measurement, not profiling, and we do not use it for advertising.

Errors

When something breaks we record the technical details on our own error tracker, running on our own server. That report contains what went wrong, not who you are.

Payments

If you subscribe, Razorpay processes the payment and holds the card details. We never see or store your card number.

Your store’s customers

Once your store is live, the people who buy from you are your customers. Their data is yours; we hold it only to run your store for you, and we never contact them ourselves.

Deleting your data

Ask us and we will delete your request and everything attached to it. If your store is live, we will hand over your data first.

Contact

Reach us on the WhatsApp number we contact you from, or through the request form on this site.
